我們入住的是1212泡池房，房間很大，橘、紅等色調和屋外樹木相映成趣，度假幸福感倍增。入住期間，值班經理Niki，工作人員小李、小黃，帶我們去隴下溪的小姐姐，餐廳的工作人員，都非常熱情，給我們以照顧。淡季出行，酒店入住率很高，我們出行和用餐沒有遇到多少人，度假體驗非常好。用了套餐包含的銅瓢牛肉火鍋，非常好吃的，兩人吃撐了。趕早去了悦椿温泉，用了房間的温泉票，人少水質好。得知，每晚會清空，次日重新注入，白天泡池水是流動的。酒店周邊景色非常好，可以慢慢閑走，3天2晚我們都沒有去其他景點玩，皮膚泡得滑滑的。整個騰沖空氣含氧量高、綠色植被多，是非常值得一住的城市。最後再補充，和順古鎮也值得一去。還有其他地方，時間有限，我就沒有去了，等着你們去發掘吧！

這次帶長者在騰沖旅行，選擇瑪御谷悦椿酒店是極正確的決定，酒店坐落在瑪御谷温泉小鎮，緊鄰悦椿温泉和隴下溪景觀區，酒店公區打造的充滿度假風，處處美景，房內自帶天然温泉，房間內配備衣架、薰香、浴袍等，細節處理的很好。被網上詬病的服務反應慢的問題並沒有遇到。從入住前與管家Bill的網上溝通、到前台接待、接駁車服務、客房、餐廳服務，處處能體現五星級酒店的培訓水平。在這裏對酒店所有服務人員的耐心以及付出表示感謝。在酒店入住三天，整體都非常滿意，如果早餐品種能增加些、品質再精緻些就會更加錦上添花。總之，悦椿酒店和悦椿温泉都是來騰沖的絕佳選擇。

酒店環境很優美，房間大，前後有花園，特別有私人泡池，泡温泉很方便，泡皮膚很絲滑。酒店管理很好，服務很好，工作人員很熱情，服務很好位。早餐豐富，晚餐也不錯。這次連續住四天，住悦椿酒店是正確選擇，下次來騰沖還是想住該酒店，去各個景區都方便。這次旅行很開心。😀😀

足不出户就能體驗天然温泉，酒店的温泉特別的舒服。服務態度特別好，服務員都特別的熱情友好！酒店裡的活動非常的豐富多彩，體驗感滿滿！酒店環境也特別的美，非常的舒服。早餐也特別的豐富，特別養生，推薦烤奶和烤梨。

年底還剩一些年假，臨時決定帶媽媽來騰沖這邊玩
悦椿酒店酒店剛開業，設施比較新，居住體驗ok。
入住當天有迎賓水果，mini bar裏面有基本的碳酸飲料和當地小汽水。每晚都有夜床服務，房間院內的泡池可以提前聯繫工作人員清掃，大概7分可以放滿水，就是12月晚上泡有點冷🥶
賓客經理William 王守哲會在入住前提前聯繫，幫忙檢查房間。每天出門都會幫忙安排擺渡小車車在小鎮上接送。很專業，比較細心，服務很好👍
參加了一些酒店的免費活動。每天早上有八段錦/太極，有工作人員領着做～推薦隴下溪探祕，會帶着打卡一些xhs熱門點：兩個人圖書館，不渡茶室，火山石洗手間等。
酒店1層有25米泳池/健身房/瑜伽室/棋牌室/小童活動室/KTV。泳池人很少，水質👌，游完鼻子沒有不適感。
洗護用品是茉莉雞蛋花味道，很清新，臨走去酒店商店買了一套，正好有活動。
早餐種類豐富，味道也🉑。每天用餐結束都會打包咖啡帶走嘿嘿
瑪御谷小鎮上每晚7-9都有篝火🔥表演，非常適合全家老少湊熱鬧！附近有一兩家燒烤攤，夜宵走一頓，老闆還在篝火裏幫忙烤了一根玉米🌽

第一天辦理入住的時候就有位老爺子跟前台一通不滿，我當時還心想有什麼事至於嗎。結果接下來的幾天住宿就讓我覺得老爺子還是挺脾氣好的。我一共住了4個晚上，其中連續2個晚上反饋衞生問題，如圖，提供的一次性拖鞋是臟的，屋子裡有蒼蠅，以及房間內提供的餐刀上有明顯未清掃的痕跡，更別提沒來得及拍照的浴缸上有多臟。
整體而言，早餐基本沒有服務，去了3個早上，衹有最後一個早上門口有服務員詢問房間號，其他2個早上要啥啥沒有，早餐取餐的地方也就40平，提供的早點對比其他酒店可以説也就是個高級快捷酒店的水平，也沒人問我喝咖啡還是茶，桌子上也沒有餐巾紙。
中途還有些其他的、連續的、非常低級的不愉快，幸得前台經理謝偉山的及時響應，十分感謝，但是遠不如我前兩個晚上住古鎮民宿的體驗，總之下次不會再入住悦榕莊旗下的酒店。

房間很好，服務人員服務態度都很好，管家小金全程保持聯繫，前台小陳小代服務態度也很好，早餐種類也很多，味道不錯。温泉人多，但部分池子都在維修，甚至葯池衹有一個，感覺温泉檔次降低了。
